2. What data we process, for what purpose and for how long

We only ask for the data needed for each purpose. If you do not provide it, we may not be able to answer your enquiry or confirm the booking. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles, and we will not send you commercial communications without your prior and express consent.
3. Recipients of the data
We do not sell or transfer your data for the own purposes of other companies. We only share it when necessary:
- Avaibook, online booking platform, when you make the booking through it.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service that emails the contact form content to Isabel. Form data passes through its servers only to be forwarded.
- Service providers with a data processing agreement: web hosting, email, tax and accounting advisers, bank or payment provider.
- Public authorities (law enforcement, the Tax Agency and tourism authorities) when required by law.
- Google, for the website fonts and the availability calendar in the Prices section (see section 6).
If any of these providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
4. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and withdraw at any time any consent you have given (without affecting processing carried out before). To do so, send an email to isabel@masjonquer.com stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
5. Minors
The contact form is for people over 14. If you are under that age, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian. The data of minors staying with us is processed only to comply with the traveller register regulations and to manage the stay.
6. Cookie policy
Cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) allow data to be remembered on your device. Under the LSSI (art. 22.2), those that are not strictly necessary are only activated if you accept them. When you visit the website, you can accept or reject with equal ease in the cookie banner.

Third-party services embedded in the website. To display the fonts, the website connects to Google servers (Google Fonts), which may receive your IP address. The availability calendar (Google Calendar) is only loaded if you accept cookies or press “Show calendar”. Maps and links to Instagram, Facebook or Avaibook open or load external services that apply their own privacy and cookie policies.
How to change your decision. You can reopen the banner at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer and accept or reject again. You can also delete the site's data from your browser settings, and block or delete cookies from your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. If a security breach occurs that seriously affects you, we will notify you and report it to the supervisory authority as required.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this text to adapt it to legal changes or to the website's services. The update date appears at the top. If the changes are substantial, we will let you know.
